Author Interview: KC Stone

KC Stone is one of the authors featuring in the September giveaway. KC Stone has written Replaced By A Stranger.

Do you gift books to readers for book reviews?
Yes I do. I love reviews and will send it anywhere possible for one.

How did you come up with the cover? Who designed the cover of your book?
Well... I thought I would use a simple cover temporarily until I found the perfect one. But a lot of people have told me they like the pink or purple cover (depending on which version you see). I did this masterpiece all by myself. Lol

How did you come up with the title for your book?
I was finished with this novel before I ever thought of the title for it. Replaced By A Stranger reflects Emily's feeling during the time of this novel. Not only did she find comfort in a stranger, but  she also turned into someone she didn't recognise.

Do you have a book trailer? And what are your thoughts on book trailers?
At this time I do not have one and mainly it is because I don't know where to start first. Lol.
I like the idea but it will have to be something I look into when I have a little more time.

What book are you reading at the moment? And in what format?
I am currently reading a great story called Hannah's Blessing by Collette Scott. I enjoyed her first one so much, I had to have more.

Do you have any advice for other writers? And what's the best advice you have been given when it comes to writing?
Write what makes you feel good and do it right the first time. If you don't do it right the first time, keep working on it until it is right. (That is proving to take a long time with my novels... I get too antsy for my own good).

Thankyou so much for taking the time to do this interview and allowing us a glimpse into your writing world!
