Damen is gorgeous, exotic, and wealthy. He's the only one who can silence the noise and random energy in her head-wielding a magic so intense, it's as though he can peer into her soul. As Ever is drawn deeper into his enticing world of secrets and mystery, she's left with more questions than answers. And she has no idea who he really is... or what he is. The only thing she knows to be true is that she's falling deeply and helplessly in love with him.
Whilst at first I wasn't very eager to read this book, (because of it being classed as a romance), I really enjoyed reading it! I loved the hidden meaning behind the red tulips and white rosebuds! My favourite character was Riley Bloom. Riley was my favourite character because of her mischievous, bubbly nature. I like the play on words within the main character's name, Ever Bloom as in, forever in bloom (because of the immortal parts in the book). I really like the cover of Evermore, the person in shadows represents Ever and her past and the bright, red tulips represents part of the story and how it brightened her life at that time.
